Project Description

In early July, Bradleys completed the refurbishment of two tennis courts and one Multi-Use Games Area at Lenches Tennis Club near Evesham.

The facility, which is centrally situated in Church Lench and serves an area of about 40 sq.km received funding for this facility through Sport England and Worcestershire County Council, as well as the local community.

Bradleys was selected by the club to carry out the refurbishment on the tarmac courts, which being 15 years old, were in a worn and tired state. TigerTurf Advantage Pro was chosen for the surfacing for both the tennis courts and MUGA; which was chosen due to the surfaces’ high performance and durability characteristics. The MUGA includes line markings for football, netball and tennis – providing further opportunities for sports club usage, such as local Cornerstone United who plan to use the MUGA for 5-a-side football.
